Fehler bei Installation!

Bei dem aufruf der datei puser_createdb.php kam diese Fehlermeldung:

Wie kann ich sie beheben?

Richtigen Pfad in der Config.inc eingeben!

Hat geklappt jetzt erscheint aber die Meldung:

 und wenn ich die index.php datei öffne kommt diese Meldung:

Falscher Sessionpfad in der php.ini

In der php.ini steht aber als Pfad: /wampp13cs/tmp
Gibt es vielleicht noch ne andere Lösung?
