MYSQL password-Funktion

Hi,
hab mir das pBlog auf Linux (XAMPP) installiert und alles lief prächtig, anschl. eine DB-Sicherung gemacht und diese dann in der Arbeit auf Win (XAMPP) eingespielt und was passierte, ich konnte mich nicht mehr einloggen.
Das hat mich wieder einiges an Zeit gekostet, bis ich auf folgendes stiess:
