Hehe, die Warnung hab ich ja sozusagen zur Kenntnis genommen (und ignoriert)
und die Installation komplett durchgeführt, wenn Du das meinst mit durchgehen!?
Komme ja nach Abschluß der Inst. auf eine CMS-ähnliche Oberfläche, nur das ich direkt mittendrin (News-Modul) stecke
und sich keine anderen Option mehr anbieten...

ich vermute das du eine etwas seltente PHP Konfiguration benutzt. Normalerweise wirkt pSys auf das Error Reporting ein, ich kann aber nicht nachvollziehen wieso es bei dir nicht wirkt.
Kannst du einen externen Link zur phpinfo() zeigen?

der ra(s)tlose powersys-installer meldet sich zurück... *dumdidum*
nachdem mir irgendwie der wamp total abgeschmiert ist, habe ich komplett vorn vorne angefangen.
leider mit dem selben ergebnis.
der \"error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE \"-eintrag in der php.ini brachte ebenfalls keine weiteren ausgaben zum vorschein.
vielleicht dumme frage, aber wie / wo äußert sich das reporting?
nach neustarts des servers habe ich alle logs durchsucht und keine änderungen wahrgenommen.
auch die darstellung im browser bleibt die gleiche, es kommt leider nur das pl-news..
bin zh (=zuhause) auch noch nicht zum testen gekommen, werde das heute abend hoffentlich mal in angriff nehmen können.

juten tach,
nachtrag:
habe mich gestern zuhause mit der inst. nochmal beschäftigt
und bin dort ebenso wenig weiter gekommen als auf der arbeit auch.
habe genauso den wamp2 als lokalen testserver benutzt
sowie versucht auf funpic.de das ganze mal unabhängig im netz zu hosten.
beide versuche gingen ähnlich aus wie hier.
wie geht ihr denn vor um das cms ans laufen zu bekommen?

also die inst. schließt ohne irgendeine fertigmeldung ab.
die tabellen werden erfolgreich eingerichtet und dann \"hängt\" das system.
wenn ich dann http://localhost/powie\" rel=\"\">http://localhost/powie aufrufe, startet immer nur das modul mit den news, mehr nicht.

Das ist soweit eigentlich normal, was dann an Menueinträgen / Panels etc angezeigt sein soll, muss dann erst im Adminbereich im Frameeditor angelegt werden.
