Caching issue

Hello,
 
I am really enjoying your plugin! I noticed that the domain search started to hang and it would be fine after I deleted cache. But, it would start to hang again. After reading through the threads, I am convinced it's a caching issue.
 
Is there a cache plugin that works fine with your plugin that you can suggest trying?

I use nginx caching without problems. never heard before about such an issue.
